PRIME RIB ROAST
Preheat oven to 500°, when oven is hot, cook roast uncovered for 30 minutes.  Remove roast from oven, let the oven cool to 325°.  Add 1/2 cup water to roasting pan and cook 15 minutes per lb. for rare, and 20 minutes for medium.  Remove roast and cover with foil for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU  
Preheat oven to 400°. Bake Chicken with crackside up for 45 minutes. (bread crumbs, ham, cheese, and spices)

STUFFED PORK CHOPS
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake Pork Chop for 1 hour. (pork sausage, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, sage)

POTATO SAUSAGE MEATLOAF
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake Meatloaf for 1 1/2 hours. (Ground Beef, Pork Potato Sausage, fresh potatoes, onions, bread crumbs and eggs)

ITALIAN SAUSAGE MEATLOAF
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake Meatloaf for 1 1/2 hours. (Ground Beef, Italian Pork Sausage, bread crumbs and eggs)
